BC - Our buttercream icing is the
perfect blend of powdered sugar and vegetable shortening. It melts on your tongue
with just the right amount of sweetness and vanilla flavor. It does not require
refrigeration, although fresh fruit fillings should be kept refrigerated.
WC - Our whip cream icing is made
with heavy cream. It is light & fluffy with just a touch of sweetness. It
MUST be kept refrigerated. There is a slight additional charge for whip
cream icing. Please note that dark trim or flower colors will bleed color into whip
cream icing.
CBC - Our chocolate buttercream icing
is made by blending our delicious buttercream icing with our chocolate fudge filling.
It is available for a slight additional charge.
CWC - Our chocolate whip cream icing
is made by blending our delicious whip cream icing with Dutch Cocoa and sugar. It is
available for a slight additional charge.
LF - Our lemon fluff icing
is made by blending 2 parts of buttercream to 1 part lemon filling. It is
available for a slight additional charge.
GC - Our German chocolate
icing
is made with evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, coconut and almonds.
It MUST be kept refrigerated. It is
available for a slight additional charge.
CC - Our Cream Cheese icing
is made with sugar, cream cheese and vegetable shortening. It is ph
balanced so refrigeration in not necessary, but we do recommend
refrigeration. It is
available for a slight additional charge.
Cakes are filled with the same as icing unless a standard or premium filling is selected.
Standard or premium fillings may be substituted at the additional charge listed. |

Please note that there is a 90% chance that a crack will form across the top of
the cake. This is a result of the side by side cake and is to be expected. |
Pre-Cut
Cakes $ 3.00 extra Single Layer Only
Pre-cutting is available on single layer
cakes for a $3.00 extra charge.
We pre-cut the cake and then frost the cake so the cuts are not seen.
To serve, simply lift pieces out and the icing will break at the cuts.

Fleckenstein's Bakery believes that we have created the best-tasting Ice Cream Cake
around. We start with a layer of our delicious chocolate cake and then add your
choice of a generous filling of Ice Cream. We top that with another layer of our
delicious chocolate cake and frost it with whip cream icing. The cake is then
garnished with Oreo TM
crumbs.
